Personalised Excercise Programme

Before we begin your training, I will take you through an initial consultation. This comprehensive health check involves an analysis of your body composition -weight, body fat percentage, circumferential measurements, blood pressure and postural assessment.
This provides a bench mark for us to work from.

Your fitness assessment will be appropriate to your ability, exercise history and goals. Your progress will be monitored and emailed to you on a regular basis which helps keep you on track and seeing your results will further your motivation!
You may even choose to train together and on combined training sessions exercises will be given that you can continue at home and stretches for you to do together. In addition a bit of healthy competition will be introduced as you spur each other on to greater fitness gains!

Nutritional Plan

An individual nutritional plan focused on weight loss for both you and your partner. You will be weighed and measured on a weekly basis and witness your body fat percentage decreasing rapidly! There is no greater motivation than actually seeing results.

Obviously the earlier you begin your program the easier it will be to get the results you really want. Having said that, if you only have a month to go, don't think it's too late to begin.

Price packages below are based on 24 sessions over 3 months (2 per week) over 6 months (1 per week). If you wish to take a smaller package or fiancé, bridesmaids, friends or mother of the bride want to join you then I will happily tailor a package that suits you.
